Aromatherapy & My Approach

Aromatherapy is not just about beautiful scents in your home.

In a fast and busy world, aromatherapy invites you to slow down.

For me, aromatherapy has been a journey toward balance — not only physically, but also mentally and energetically.
It has become an essential part of my life, my work, and my way of living.

 What is Aromatherapy?

Aromatherapy is the use of natural essential oils extracted from plants, flowers, trees, and herbs.

These oils carry the pure essence and energy of the plant itself.

People have used them for centuries to:

  • find calm and relaxation
  • support emotional balance
  • boost energy and focus
  • support the body naturally

When you inhale or apply essential oils, your body responds immediately.
It recognizes the intelligence of nature and reacts on a deep level.

Through my work with Young Living, I use only high-quality, pure essential oils in my treatments and offerings.

 How Aromatherapy Works

Scent has a direct connection to the brain.

When you inhale an essential oil, aroma molecules travel through your nose and directly reach the limbic system — the part of your brain linked to:

  • emotions
  • memories
  • stress response
  • hormonal balance

That is why a single scent can instantly:

  • calm your nervous system
  • uplift your energy
  • bring back a memory
  • help you feel grounded again

Essential oils can also be absorbed through the skin (always diluted with a carrier oil such as V6), where they continue to support the body on a physical level.

In my approach, I don't simply "apply oils".
I work intuitively, feeling what you need in that moment.

Sometimes that is deep relaxation.
Sometimes emotional release.
Sometimes renewed energy and clarity.

I combine aromatherapy with:

  • intuitive guidance
  • energetic awareness
  • breath and slowing down
  • conscious selfcare rituals

Because that is where real transformation happens.

 Young Living & My Treatments

In my Feelgoodbox treatments, I work with Young Living essential oils — known for their high quality, purity, and therapeutic value.

I use them intuitively during sessions to support relaxation, emotional balance and energetic alignment. :

  • Lavender or Roman Chamomile → relaxation
  • Peppermint or Lemon → focus & energy
  • Valor or Joy → emotional balance

During a session, oils are used through:

  • inhalation
  • skin application
  • diffusion

This creates a deep, multi-layered experience that continues working even after every session.
